Our Process

Document Management Services is proud to offer one of the simplest and easiest services on the market.

 

STEP 1:

Select which bin size, quantity, and service which would best suit your needs at this time. If you are unsure of what you need, give us a call or send an email to discuss.

Options include:-

(1) Regularly scheduled service – regular cycled programs can be anywhere between 1-12 weekly cycle.

(2) Casual service – bin on-site, with less than 3 collections per year.

Or If you are at the time of the year when the bulk records need to be cleared away, just give us a call to organise an additional bin(s) or we can easily take away boxed documents.

(3) bulk bin one-off service – allowing the bin to be on site for a 4 week period.

(4) Boxed records – large volume.

 For document bins supplied, a padlock and key can be supplied with your bin if requested.

 

 STEP 2:

Our team will deliver the initial bin to site (at no charge). Fill the bin with documents (paper) or light cardboard. These documents can have staples and paper clips on them.

Please note – we are not able to accept any forms of plastic – including items such as – plastic indices; plastic pockets; coil binders and acetate plastic or ring binders or vinyl covered books – as we are not setup to recycled plastic.

 

STEP 3:

When your regular change over week arrives, one of the team will automatically call at your location, to replace your full bin with a fresh empty bin.

Or if you find that your bin fills up earlier than your normal cycle – no problem, just send an email or give us a call requesting a bin change over. 

An invoice will be emailed through for payment, once the filled bin has been collected.
